"Shankar Prasad Ghosh received his BE (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Jadavpur University, with specialisation in High Voltage Engineering. Prof. Ghosh joined College of Engineering & Management, Kolaghat as Lecturer in 2002. He is presently working as Head of the Department in the Department of Electrical Engineering at College of Engineering & Management, Kolaghat. He has authored and co-authored several books, all of which have been published by Tata McGraw-Hill. He has also published several papers in national and international conferences. He is currently pursuing his PhD. His areas of interest include electromagnetics, high voltage applications, and power systems among others. Lipika Datta received her BE (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, and ME in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology with specialization in Embedded Systems. She joined College of Engineering & Management, Kolaghat as Lecturer in 2006. Prof. Datta is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at College of Engineering & Management, Kolaghat. I downloaded the Kindle App just to read this book and I am reading it now. I have accidentally bumped in to Jon's writings through a video I saw from Anima Series a year ago. Since then, I have read almost all his posts on public domain. The uniqueness of his writings is that they connect with you at a personal level. He is gifted in making that connection with his viewers/readers that makes somebody even like me who reads his posts from the other side of the planet feel as though I am listening to someone whom I really know well. He wraps profound truth in a simple yet interesting (also witty!) story-telling style coupled with his personal experiences. I highly recommend this book for all those who enjoy reading uncomplicated, genuine and practical writings.

Shouldn't be this difficult

Maybe I had my hopes too high -- just looking to teach this old dog some new tricks. While Emme clearly is well-versed on this subject, the descriptions of how to perform each of the various strokes are unclear and hard to visualize. Illustrations or drawings would have helped, greatly. As it was, after a few chapters, I got tired of trying to interpret his instructions and went back to the tried and true. Waiting for "Masturbation for Dummies."

From this point Emme takes the reader through a course as follows: `This work is split into three chapters: --the first deals exclusively with the erection itself, --the second deals with various masturbation exercises, -- and the third finally leads, through various exercises and control tests of willpower, to ejaculation. The exercises in this book are intended for all men, whether young or old. For most, they will be a revelation. Splitting the book in three parts makes it easier for readers to confront the two biggest problems of male sexuality: erectile difficulties and premature ejaculation.'

Thrilled with the results!

I read the instructions on how to walk your dog on a loose leash and then took out my two Westies to apply what I had learned. I first replaced the previous harnesses that I was using with slip collars. Applying the quick snap technique was a charm, it worked beautifully. I was amazed from the very start of the walk how well they behaved with this new equipment. The usual routine was pulling and playing tug of war with the leash and not to mention all the barking due to the excitement of getting out for their walk. The end result of my first lesson with loose leash walking was an A+, I couldn't have been more thrilled. My dogs did not pull or even bark on our hour long walk, it was a delight. I wish I would have had this information from the get go, however, I am thankful to have the knowledge now.

Makes walking the dog a pleasure

This is a very practical and helpful guide that shows how you can quickly and confidently make dog walking a pleasure for both owner and animal. Karyn loves dogs - but she is clear that owners must be in charge . This book gives you the tools to both understand and manage your dog's behaviors - not become a pack leader. In a straightforward way Karyn demonstrates how to give clear directions to the dog, identifies the proper equipment for different dog ages and temperament (makes a crucial difference) and shows how to correct and reward the dog effectively. The videos are very helpful showing realistic situations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Loved this book

This book is a must read if you have a dog. The interaction portrayed between owner and pet is insightful and we'll researched. I have a better understanding of my pet after reading this and our walks have become enjoyable. I feel as if I understand and connect with my dog on a whole different level. The illustrations and graphics throughout the book are top quality. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
